8.2/10 Very good! (1,005 reviews)
Place was nice, the bathroom shower seal could definitely need some retouching up on(well the room I was did need it).
Other than that, this place is great for a weekend getaway.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (4,080 reviews)
Staff were polite and helpful. Room was adequate and hotel central to many visitor attractions. Check in and check out was speedy.
Good selection for breakfast, only downside were queues for lifts at this time.
Would’ve been nice to have a restaurant serving evening meals.
Liked the coffee machine in the room, but felt paper cups inadequate for cost of rooms, and would’ve preferred proper mugs.
Would I recommend this hotel - YES

On a positive side the reception young lady and the lady cleaner couldn’t be more helpful ..."
